These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Doze Host Ltd (“DozeHost”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14426247). By purchasing, accessing, or using any DozeHost service — including shared hosting, BDIX hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, reseller hosting, or domain registration — you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
DozeHost provides web hosting, virtual private servers, dedicated servers, reseller hosting, and domain name registration/transfer services. Specifications, pricing, and features for each plan are as described on our website at the time of purchase and may change for future billing cycles with notice.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dozehost.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use DozeHost services to:
- Host or distribute illegal content, malware, or phishing material
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in email/IP abuse
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Launch denial-of-service attacks, port scans, or other network abuse against third parties
- Resell or share resources in a way that breaches your plan’s terms
- Store or process content that violates applicable law in Bangladesh, the United Kingdom, or the jurisdiction of the content’s intended audience
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice, depending on severity.
4. Billing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We accept Visa, Mastercard, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, DBBL Nexus, and bank transfer. Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your plan) unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of services. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
5. Uptime and Support
We aim to provide reliable infrastructure via LiteSpeed Web Server, NVMe storage, and redundant network paths, and publish live uptime status at our status page. Support is available 24/7 via live chat, ticket, phone, and email, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to third-party network outages, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance communicated in advance).
6. Data and Backups
While we perform routine backups (including offsite backup via JetBackup on eligible plans), you are responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of critical data. DozeHost is not liable for data loss arising from hardware failure, user error, security incidents, or service termination.
7. Domain Registration
Domain registrations and transfers are subject to the policies of the relevant domain registry and ICANN (where applicable) in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for renewing domains before expiry; DozeHost is not liable for domains that lapse due to non-renewal.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, abusive behaviour toward staff, or activity that puts our infrastructure or other customers at risk. You may cancel your services at any time through the client area at clients.dozehost.com or by contacting support.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DozeHost’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.
